I'm so hype about tonight! A Muddy River tasting in a New Orleans-style pub themed home is part of the Holiday Home Tour. The home tour...Who knew? I can't wait to hit the streets tonight.
Actually, I started last night at
The Weihnachtsmarkt, the winter marketplace held in OMB Biergarten. It was fire pits, cevaps (Sunterra Gourmet) and beer. OMB tapped the Yule Bock, which was tasty with a hint of spice. It packs a slight punch with 7% ABV. I missed the teacup pot-bellied pig, but I did have a great conversation with two 60-something couples, one of whom visited the winter markets in Germany. If you want to avoid kids, go later in the evening. It ends Saturday. While you're there offer congrats since OMB was voted best tour by USA Today readers. For more holiday fun see my holiday party guide.
Now for tonight's festivities. I already mentioned the home tour, ends Sunday, and there's 2nd Chance Santa and Ginuwine performing tonight. Is it 5 o'clock yet?
