Beer Week - Charlotte loves beer! Get ready for a week of beer events during Charlotte Craft Beer Week. Craft Week fun continues today with Craft Crawl in Historic Southend. Other events at Charlotte breweries range from beer release parties to brunch to the Spring Fling Finale on Sunday. Schedule.



Non-discrimination Party - This variety show features live bands, DJ, dancing, lip syncing battle, games, movies, and much more. Genderfusion benefit Tanscend Charlotte to help the LGBTQIA community. It’s a night of inclusion, safety, awareness, and fun that transcends gender identity and sexual orientation. 7 p.m. 1919 Commonwealth Ave. $10.


Celebrate Indian Culture - Enjoy Indian dance, music, fashion, vendors from Chicago, Tennessee to Florida and of course food at Nuv Yug India Fest. Indian Idol fame Rakesh Maini will headline the Saturday evening concert at 7 p.m. The two-day festival starts 11 a.m. today. The Park Expo and Conference Center, 800 Briar Creek Rd.
