Lent Fit: Tight abs and triceps (Video)



Don't let your Lent sacrifice of alcohol and sugar go to waste. Each week, Sip + Play Charlotte is giving you workouts to enhance your sacrifice. In this week's edition of Lent Fit, Crossfit Kaiju's Steve Adams shows you the right way to do moves that will get your belly flat and your triceps tight. Plus there's a little cardio to get you in shape. This workout can be done in one session or depending on your fitness level broken up into three workouts. Ash Wednesday workout.

Here's the workout:
Every minute on the minute (for 12 min):
8 reps of floor wipers
8 reps of floor press
[alternating minutes]

10 Min Time Cap
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:
burpees

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps of:
dips

4 rounds:
Jump Rope 60 Times
rest 30 sec
1 min plank hold
rest 30 sec
